What if I want to cancel or change my order?
If you have placed an order but want to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can, as we dispatch orders very quickly (within 24 hours). We will try our best to process your request but we cannot guarantee it if the order has already been shipped.
How Long Will It Take for My Order to Be Delivered?
All orders will be delivered by our courier service providers within 3-5 working days in Pakistan and 5-7 working days for international orders. If your order has not been delivered in the specified time, please contact us at [email protected]
Please note, we offer free shipping to all over Pakistan.
How do I exchange an item?

- Unworn Chappls & Shoes can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase subject to intact original tags and upon producing original receipt.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
- The product once purchased will not be returned or exchanged in any circumstances unless the item is damaged or wrong item is delivered.
For us, quality and ultimately customer satisfaction is the name of the game and that is the reason, our customers take pride in using our leather products which are completely hand stitched by our highly skillful and dexterous craftsmen.
Our customers can return articles based on the following requisites:
- The article must be returned in original packing with tags attached
- The condition of the article must be as good as new
- We offer a 7 days Exchange, money back or return guarantee
In case of below mentioned conditions, products will not be deemed fit for return:
- Torn or damaged articles will not be returnable
- All returns and exchanges will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. If quality team found that the articles were used, washed, mishandled or not in its original state then we will not be able to consider the return
In Case of Return – Customer will bear the shipping cost except in the following cases:
- If the item was damaged when received by the customer
- If the wrong item/Size was delivered
- In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.
Reshipping Charges –
- In case of return, Handling & reshipping Charges will apply
In order to return an article, a customer will have to seek its approval by emailing us at [email protected]. In the email, please do not forget to mention your name, email address and order number. Once you get the approval from our representative, you will be told to ship the article (at your own cost) to our designated warehouse address.
Moreover, the processing time for refunds is 2 to 3 working days and refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that shipping charges will not be refundable i.e. about Rs. 400 with in Pakistan.
Special Note for International Customers
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
